The project, which is adjacent to the E5, one of the most important transfer centers of Istanbul, is right next to Atatürk Airport, Metrobus and Tram, as well as the Metro and Havaray, which will be implemented soon.
There are 234 residences, 117 offices and 310 stores in the TORKAM E5 project, which has a land area of 20,776 sqm. There are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 type residences in TORKAM E5, which has different housing types. While 1+1 apartments in the project start from 53 sqm, 2+1 apartments start from 70 sqm, the usage areas of 3+1 apartments are designed as 120 sqm. The usage area of 117 offices in the project varies between 80 sqm and 180 sqm. All details of the region were observed and analysed for 16 months to obtain optimum benefit for the street stores.
A spacious and social life in the project, which was meticulously planned with the comfort, technology and security elements sought in shops and modern housing projects, found its owners in a short time. In TORKAM E5, which is among the most ambitious projects of the region in terms of social reinforcement, indoor and outdoor parking areas and parking problems of home and office owners are eliminated, and security is provided with a 24/7 camera system and security team.
